Hi all, my dog had her meds 2.5 hrs ago for kennel cough. She just threw up her dinner. Should I redose?

You definitely should call the veterinary staff directly to ask this before doing anything. If all else fails just skip a dose to be on the safe side. No reason to risk her health more so when already sick.
