It's not an outage… and if it is, it's local to you. Meaning it could be someone near you digging or a large truck knocking out your leg. You definitely have to call in to get a service technician out to know for sure

Is the outside cable box attached to our house suppose to be open with the connector hanging out the bottom of it? And does anyone else have problems with Wi-Fi going in and out all the time? I'm disgusted. And my first bill is $25 more than quoted!
