They had o of what they advertising is that have 2o phones and had 0 not a dam 1 and took 45 min to figure that out waste of time the girl at the counter and nothing she had to call your boss just to turn around zero knowledge of the store products and the day before that apparently nobody came to work because it was closed even though the signs that open any girl said following day nobody showed up for work

Worst customer service experience ever. Had two workers, one admitted she didn’t know what she was doing, and the guy had a nasty attitude as if my presence was unnecessary while he’s on the clock. 0/10 please go to a different boost. I will be filing a complaint with the store’s/district manager

The employee didn't want to help, told us false information, made my wife feel uncomfortable, and showed no regard that we were customers that needed help, he could care less! Boost has cheap nice phones and decent unlimited internet for under $75 month so it's ok for someone that doesn't want a contract but expect no help! We also ordered two phones over a month ago for almost $2k and still haven't received them. Had to call customer service numerous times for hours on wait and computer animation before speaking to a foreign accented person with a strong accent hard to understand which makes things even harder. Obviously with these many problems probably be best to pay for a plan at a REAL phone company and pay the extra $50/$100 a month to actually get good service and phones when you buy them! Almost 15 years as a customer with boost and this is how we get treated 🤔
