Literally just watched the driver ride straight past my house, he slowed down in front of our house and everything and then fedex said they attempted to deliver my package. How did you attempt to deliver it and you didn’t even come to the door. Talked to customer support and they said the driver tried to deliver it twice but no one has come to our doors. I am beyond upset right now

They are liars. I have been waiting around all day for my delivery only to see the document that the attempted delivery and no one was available. They did not even attempt to deliver.

I don’t know what to say about FedEx. They have the worst service ever. I had to pick my package up from this store because fedEx didn’t leave a door tag to let me know that they even attempted to make a delivery. I knew I wasn’t going to be home but they told me that I had to wait until a attempt is made to deliver and a door tag was left before I can change the address to my job address since I wasn’t going to be home. Therefore I never even knew that they mad a attempt to deliver and my package was about to be sent back. All because they didn’t do their job correctly.

8/20/22 I literally just left this morning and was denied my package because the lady said she was there by herself and there is too much freight in the container. All this was after I called the facility to ask if my package was available for pickup. Drove 25 minutes for no reason

The direct numbers are closely guarded and even if/when you get them to call out to you from the location, the number will show as restricted (Or something like that) so you can not see it. Your best bet is to call 800gofedex and if you can get them to do a "Package Trace" it will usually result in a call directly from the terminal/location once they go through their steps. Lastly, I have had limited success by calling a nearby FedEx office location, 'realizing' you called the 'wrong number' and asking them to transfer you to the other location.

FedEx ground is a different division from express

I had a Next Day package supposed to be delivered on Wednesday check the status every day it's been on the truck for 3 days each day it says it's going to be delivered

No they will not. Fedex Express and Fedex Ground are two different branches. If package was sent via Fedex ground, they will refuse it immediately. Had to deal with this today. The Fedex ground shipping center is at 751 Shop Grove Rd.
