Home Instead is a great company to work for! They have some amazing clients. I learned a lot as well, I just had to quit after a client called me a racist term. I guess I’m just not fully mentally prepared to for caregiving yet. I just knew it was my time/calling up until that day, it broke my heart. I’ll just continue volunteering to give back. I wish I could give them nooo stars I went in for interview and all did drug test they never called me and told me my drug test didn’t go through right so I had to go down to the labcorp but they was gone be closed Monday now I have the phone calls and plus I left a voicemail the same day on Monday so they could call me back to let me know they situation if you want a job there don’t gooo please them ppl are rude in west Columbia
