First, I had to go to the ER in the middle of a pandemic to get my insulin because the nurse forgot to send in any of my refills. I called for two days with no reply. Then, they called me the day before an appointment that I scheduled four months ago to let me know that they were overbooked and couldn’t see me. The nurse never seems to return calls. This place has the worst communication I’ve ever seen in a medical practice.

The care I have received is so bad that it doesn’t even deserve a star. My doctor didn’t even know about tumor growth and though it was normal my 98 pound, 33 year old active self was now diabetic and peeing her pants. If you get scheduled with Kurangati don’t bother. She just flips her hair, and is a doctor for mommy and daddy and will pay zero attention to your journal when your just trying to be a working mom of two kids. She’s a disgrace to the medical field and she doesn’t listen and just finds a quick answer to give you. Most insincere doctor I’ve witnessed and I’ve worked in hospitals for 3 years. I hope the doctor reads this and realizes these are peoples lives in her hands and her education is nothing without compassion and competency to put the puzzle together. She should be brought to court for neglect of her patients!!!!

Great Dr, but why would you prescribe a medication then refuse to call it in. Office does not understand that if I am to take 1pill twice a day I need a qty of 60 pills to be called in. Tried to explain this and they told me just fill the script twice a month! Insurance does not let you do that. Especially when the script is written as a 30 day supply, told them that it will not go through my insurance, they said I needed to contact my insurance to get them to pay for it. I guess here they just want you on your medication for half a month! Update: they did call and leave a message stating that they would call it in correctly for my convenience.... It's been two weeks. They still haven't called it in.

Doctor I see is nice, but communication with staff is god AWFUL. It's hard to get a hold of the doctor's nurse via phone when I need them to preauthorize my medications. I've sent multiple MyChart messages which can be a hit or miss. There have been times where I've called them and sent multiple messages in the span of 2-3 weeks, but to no avail. They will also refill the wrong prescriptions sometimes. Honestly, it's appalling how they demonstrate the lack of care and urgency for your well-being. Do NOT go here if you're Type 1 diabetic!!

I recommend seeing Dr K here. I saw her for the 1st time about a week ago. I haven’t been properly diagnosed since becoming sick in 2014 but I do believe I’ve finally found the right doctor. And Everyone’s very helpful and nice
