How can we get our passcode changed for our WiFi network cause we have someone who is going out and giving it out to different people and is always on line late at night talking, my wife can not play her game where someone else is logging in and slow

Depends on the wifi setup. Usually done by the homeowner/resident. Look into the manufacturers support online based on your wireless router's make and model. Hope this helps. You can change your wifi settings from a computer or device in the home on the network.

Check your router to make sure it has a Wi-Fi key listed on the router itself. Then you can reset your router and or going to your spectrum account settings.
