I am not a dealer representative and didn't purchase my car from this dealership either; but I was given first-class service when I took my car in for repair. As mentioned in another post you need to make an appointment.
I am sure that the dealership will service your vehicle and it is best to call and make an appointment
Yes, you can at any time we are open... come in to the Service Department and just let the Porters know that you are there for Service. Once you are assigned a Service Advisor you can at that point explain what you require. Your Service Advisor will be more then happy to explain everything for you.
