Do not rent here! I reserved a car, paid everything online, got confirmation email and once I arrived I was told that there's no available cars, not a single one! It's noon time on a Saturday. Way to go Hertz.

I was hesitant to book a car after a previous bad experience last year. I decided to give them a chance because the location was convenient. I'm happy I did. Nick the new manager was pleasant and eager to assist me as soon as I walked in. Saleem the manager associate quickly found my reservation and processed everything efficiently. I'm happy I tried again. Don't let the bad reviews discourage you from using this Hertz. With this new staff it's definitely an improvement in service

Worst rental car place ever! They are rude and we had health problems that required surgery come up and we couldn’t get the car back until today. When we dropped it off, they still charged us a late fee.

You get the best rates by doing all reservations online and they show all charges before you commit. Yes it's slightly more expensive to rent one way.
It actually depends on the type of rental you do if you set it up as a one-way for a vehicle that is needed in Naples than no there is no drop-off charge if you drop off a car in Naples that is not needed to their inventory there then yes there is a drop-off charge

Atlantic blvd sells cars. If you go to a rental. You can pick up from one and drop off at another.
It depends, if it is for a long weekend about 17 dollars a day. That is because no business travelers on weekends, which a lot of car sitting at the air port. For a whole week about 20 dollars a day.
