I am a first time pool owner and my experience with Pools by John Clarkson was amazing. The customer service team were top notch. They walk me through the process and was available to answer any questions timely. I liked that they provided information about the entire process and what to expect. My designer was Jeremy who was also fantastic. My pool looks amazing. My installation actually was completed ahead of schedule. I am so happy I selected Pools by John Clarkson to install my pool. Solid company and great results.

If you’re going to put your business name on the side of your trucks…I suggest hiring safe drivers. Your driver flew through the stop sign at the racetrack gas station on Atlantic because he wanted to catch the green light. If I wouldn’t have slammed on my brakes… He would’ve hit me. Anyone who hires such reckless drivers as their employees will never get my business. Edited to add that he wore glasses and had a scruffy beard. You may want to have a talk with him about safe driving so you don’t get more reviews like this.

Pools by John Clarkson designed and built our pool in St Augustine, completing it in 2022. The construction is excellent and their attention to detail and management of the process was very well done. I think what sets them apart is their customer care. We just had a friend. Clarkson found their leak, resurfaced pool and redid their deck.
