I scheduled an appointment Wednesday for 4pm Friday. I showed up 5 to 10 minutes early. Ryan was very kind and provided me with a quote on tires I had asked for. My vehicle sat in the parking lot for 30 minutes. Once it was driven into the service area it took an hour until my oil change was finished and I was out the door.from 3pm to 4:30pm being 1hour and 30 minutes total for my wait time. I had rightfully assumed that it would have taken at the most an hour with an scheduled appointment, and at the least 30 minutes. The only thing that would have made the experience better, (other than the service provided being quicker) would’ve been some sort of ETA on how long it would’ve taken beforehand.

My insurance company just told me that Monument Road Tire increased the prices of two parts on my car by $600 each. Run don’t walk. I had been a customer there for 20++ years. The original owners are gone. The new management is super greedy.
