Jacksonville Customer Service is Horrible and Rude! We are both Filipino but the way She spoke to me is not showing respect, she was Rude. They need to Fix this, My Box is picked up Feb 23,2022, It’s already June 9 2022, Still there’s no Update. The women i spoke too telling me she can’t help me instead keep checking the website. I was looking for Ann she told me Ann can’t help either and Ann is not there, What kind of customer service is that. If the Manager or supervisor reading this, you need to straightened your people. I will never use this company again. Is terrible

$60 for one box, and they pick it up from ur door
9am - 5pm. Monday to Saturday. It's written here already. You can call them up also. I have visited the place once to get a box.
Their tracking system is always down. Getting worse.
