Believe it or not, people are operating Business’s out of their apartments (see photos): 1. Lady on the 3rd floor of Building 7 is cooking massive amounts of food and dumping the grease out back. All you have to do is follow the grease stained stairwell from that floor. 2. Guy on the 2nd floor of building 7 is running a Car sales business and repairing them out in the parking lot. Has 4-5 cars taking parking spaces. See Pics

I lived there in 2018/2019 yes only 1 year went through 3 managers I didn't know what bedbug was until I moved to this apartment complex that was owned by concord management. I was not able to fully move in because of all the bugs from ants to spiders and those big water bugs and don't get me started on the trash compactor always broken and after I moved out I find out 2 years later that they put an eviction on my name by concord management 2yrs and a few months later now I'm fighting to get that off my name maybe this new company is doing better than concord did for Brookwood apartment

These apartments may look nice but there not people leave trash in front of there doors which attracts roaches they are everywhere can’t get rid of them it’s only one way in and out police are alway called out kids jump on and damage cars it’s so ghetto
