I’d have to say my service was sub par at best. Took car in for a warranty issue, they wreck car while in shop and really didn’t do much to rectify issue. Not happy with the “Mercedes” service

We had what was the best car purchase experience we’ve ever had. We were purchasing a pre-owned Kia Seltos, a trade-in no doubt. This had to be the least expensive car on their lot yet Armand and all of the staff treated us as if we were ordering a Maybach. This is a 5 star dealership. When we move a bit further up the food chain we will be buying our Mercedes from this dealership.

This is a tricky answer to your question. The answer is No. However with that said we do utilize an MB approved contractor that works independently and apart from the actual service department. For example: Your car requires a windshield, our techs do not do this but the contractor does. With that said the car after the installation it will need to have its sensors recalibrated and at that point your car will enter into service.

Yes, we do make keys for MB cars and Sprinters. However the car does need to be on-site. This service does need to be scheduled.
If you have any questions about the Navigation system on your E350 or other MB car then you should bring your car into the Service Lane and explain your concern. We will be more then happy to explain everything in detail as well as how to get updates to your system.
Probably the battery, you should have one to start the car and another that runs everything else (radio and dash).but I am no expert so you will need to get it serviced
I am not a dealer representative and didn't purchase my car from this dealership either; but I was given first-class service when I took my car in for repair. As mentioned in another post you need to make an appointment.

Depends how much you drive.A sprinter van I guess is for business, so I suggest every 10 to 15k miles or as the gentleman above suggested 20k
