Does the service department replace a windshield?

This is a tricky answer to your question. The answer is No. However with that said we do utilize an MB approved contractor that works independently and apart from the actual service department. For example: Your car requires a windshield, our techs do not do this but the contractor does. With that said the car after the installation it will need to have its sensors recalibrated and at that point your car will enter into service.

I think so. Never saw them do it back there though. You may want to call first.
