Popularity and from what someone told me the distributors only get so many so they are limited on what they can order.
Some times there so busy they my have getting to it our know one said that it's out and sometimes mangers don't check behind there employees tell them about it the next time you go .
That's a good question Probably because Of change the company policy Maybe something even smaller than that Like there too cheap To buy the product
