We are a full service brokerage, and do not take discount listings. We are focused on maximizing the sales prices of our listings, which requires maximum exposure to the market. All listings will have an experienced Realtor perform a walk through to suggest repairs, answer questions, and develop a pricing strategy. We utilize professional photography, 3D Matterport tours, drone photography, and 4K video. Each listing is different, but all will gain maximum exposure through social media, listing strategies, as well as all real estate sites.

We serve the greater Alachua County area. Rize also has agents who serve the Duval/St. Johns County areas, as well as New York City.

In the Meridien Park office complex on NW 43rd St, we are in the building in the back. You will see a water fountain in front of the building, we are the suite right above the water fountain on the second floor. You can park on the sides or back of the building, and take the stairs or elevator to the second floor to Suite M.
