On 09/27/2022 I visited Curaleaf's location in Gainesville, Florida. I was displeased with customer service and generally had a negative experience, during which classless behaviour was exhibited, with a female employee whose Cashier Identification number is 60209, so heads up, keep an eye on your receipt. The female employee who checked me out claims she gave me my medical marijuana identification card back but I know she did not, her Cashier # is 60209. Both employees on staff also refused to give me a name or number of a manager or district manager. When I went back to attempt to retrieve my stolen identification card again, employee 60209 shuffled papers around on a counter space while she dispensed another dose of attitude, as much as she could muster. Despite it all, I know for a fact she stole my identification card, authorities do not obviously have enough information to take action on said matter. There is no way to reach a human being at Curaleaf's cooperation number nor any real option for submitting a complaint or report against an employee on Curaleaf's website. I am very disappointed and angry as I suffer from PTSD and it has caused a great upset for me since my full home address is on my medical marijuana identification card. I will never again be visiting any single one of Curaleaf's locations.

To be honest, this was one of the best jobs I ever had. Then, management changed and everything went downhill. The ENTIRE staff complained about what was happening in store with him and instead of sending it to HR the District Manager took it upon herself to do conduct “confidential interviews” with each of us then immediately went back to the Manager with what was said. Funny enough, everyone who complained had something negative happen in return. He had enough evidence pilled against him for security breaches and products being left out to lose his job just as he and the DM had fired 3 previous employees. I let this go for a while until I was passed up for a position because “Jaime didn’t like my interview” (no other feedback for WEEKS). Never heard from her again. Yet, 2 INEXPERIENCED people were placed in those positions. A store Lead was fired because we had a social gathering at her house. Seems like retaliation for complaining on the Manager. This company is being run by a woman who loves to cut the head off of the snake (HR) and not inform them of serious issues with her hires. Absolutely not a place that I recommend anyone work for until there is a huge change in leadership. “A fish rots from the head down.” Good luck to my friends who still have to endure that place. PSA: ALL NEW HIRES… he told y’all that he FIRED us. WE ACTUALLY QUIT. To the patients that we’ve built such amazing relationships with, I know the deals are great and all, but your pals behind the register are being treated poorly and are absolutely not cared for. Absolutely writing to the BBB.

Curaleaf is the bomb. Always awesome staff who are very knowledgeable. The prices are better than Trulieve and you dont feel like an assembly line like Trulieve. Plus, Trulieve is always OUT of many products.
The way any popular business is these days, it's surprising that you can still call. I just use the website. Curaleaf is my current favorite in selection and price
Go to CURALEAF.COM and select your closest location, once selected you can browse their store .
If no seal contact them and put it away. They will deliver another one at no charge. It does happen. Sometimes I wonder if someone in the dispensary is trying to pinch.
I know that if the oil has a certain amount of THC in the oil...you cannot send it by mail.
