I have had a significant wait trying to navigate their automated phone system but I have found most dispensaries are similar on this point. I try to use ordering apps and automated communications and save the one on one for my visits. Good luck getting the information you need
They answers they're phones when not extremely busy, good deals as well.
I placed an order on Saturday for delivery and received my order confirmation shortly after. Didn't hear another peep from then regarding filling the order. Tried calling numerous times, waiting in their Q countdown, until finally being transfered to an nonexistent operator and disconnected. Could only send Corporate an email on Tuesday evening asking them what happened to my order, no response. Wednesday morning finally got a call from the delivery driver they were on their way. Curaleaf's radio silence doesn't work for me, should have refused the order. So disappointed in the way they do business now.
