Customers change their orders at the window, refunds, sitting at the window looking through bags after receiving their order will ask for ketchup then water or ice.just saying.
They have some competition supposed to speed up the line .. the employees make the car wait at the first window until their food is ready then you can pay. Slowing down the whole process.
