Why have I been on hold for over 30 minutes waiting for customer service? The worst service of any company I have had. THey raised my bill to $107.06 for BASIC TV AND SLOWEST INTERNET. What a scam. Ready to try another internet provider. 36 minutes

Exactly why I left. Promised one pricing but kept increasing it. The service in my area is terrible especially when it rains.

Threaten to change to another carrier and see if they will issue you a credit on your account or reduce your rate
