Spectrum does not try to help a custom. They think they have you locked in and can charge what ever they want. Watch out Sat. Internet is coming.

Horrible service. Couldn't help me make an appt in person at the store. Couldn't help me become an authorized user on the account. Couldn't accept my returned equipment and instead I had to take it to UPS for them. Horrible customer service. If someone is handicapped don't expect any extra help with anything.

You need to ask ROKU. SPECTRUM has nothing to do with the programming for ROKU. Each service provider has its own contract agreement with networks that are are renewed every few years. This is one of the reasons subscriptions go up to pay the fees under the new contract But you need to contact ROKU about the any missing programs
Take your old remote to their office in Deland and they will swap it out

I know Spectrum took quite a hit this weekend From The Storms it may be very frustrating but keep trying I personally cancelled everything and use Netflix and an external antenna on my house
You need to go to their web site for up to date info on pricing, but know this: you're going to get a very good price for 6 months, then it will go up.
