Take your old remote to their office in Deland and they will swap it out
maybe call them and they might send u a new one or go to a store get one im guessing but i do think maybe if u lost the one u had they might charge a fee, im not really sure as i dont use a remote from spectrum, i dont even have a cable box buy a 40 dollar roku and tell spectrum u wanna stream cable thru your roku, providing u have wifi in u house and u install the spectrumtv app on roku and the roku acts as ur cable box u get quite a few channels 60+ i think depending on where u live, i dont think u can stream thru amazon fire tv. u can stream threw roku, xbox one ps4 and a few other devices.
Take it to the spectrum office and they will change for you
It's really easy, just take the old remote in and they will give you a new one with new batteries too. If you don't have the old remote, I think they may charge you 10.00.
