Awful experience made an appointment took off work, missed a half a days pay showed up on time to my appt. and sat there for over a half an hour because there’s only one employee in the entire office granted she was polite and very kind my frustration is not with her my frustrations are with the business. once I was called to the back I was told that I could not get my blood work done because FedEx had already came to pick up the frozen samples for the day and they don’t have any way to freeze the samples until tomorrow morning when FedEx gets there (which I find odd that quest cannot freeze blood samples because what do they do with the blood that needs to be frozen and they take it early in the morning and FedEx doesn’t get there until the afternoon?) I wasted my entire afternoon taking off work and now I have to reschedule. No one even works at the front counter you have to stand there and wait for 20 minutes before somebody notices you in the back to help you. The way this business is ran so poor it’s a wonder they can find anybody to even work here .

Recent visit went well, except I told them my Doctor sent additional orders besides the ones I had a hard copy for, directly to them electronically. The staff accessed the computer and seemed to acknowledge that, or at least did not say any thing like I don't see them. Yet I look at the results sent to my Doctor and only the part of the orders I had directly with me were done and sent to him. I have important health altering appointments coming up and wanted to be prepared with all the detailed tests, so this was a waste of time. I am NOT real happy. Under enough stress worrying about the conclusion of my medical situation.

This place is so organized, my appt was at 10:00 and they called my name at 10:00! My technician was friendly, polite, informative and I didn’t even feel the needle! I asked if she used a thinner needle, she said no 😊

I had a lab test that that was VERY VERY medically necessary. I had been told by no less than 4 Quest Employees that “ Quest does not do these tests “ On the fifth visit I was received by EVELYN. This exceptional human being considered my suffering and this issue seriously. It took around 40 min and a few calls but she was able find the problem and my tests were completed. During my visit, I saw 2 more customers come in and ask for Evelyn. It seems she is extremely proficient and knowledgeable. She definitely should be in charge and Quest is lucky to have an outstanding employee so loved by the community.

No, you can walk in. Check in on the i tablet (make sure to check the drop of option) and you won't be waiting to long. I found dropping it off is much quicker because it's easier for them.
Walks-ins are accepted, appointments get priority.
What are your hours on Saturday and do i need to make an appointment.
