GO, COPY, PASTE and sign this petition http://chng.it/tDfrTvLvq5 on change.org for our elected officials to see and read our grievances with the Maryland Department of Labor, Division of Unemployment. They have random people working from home, collecting our information and messing with our profiles and eligibility. This must be addressed!

I tried the Spanish trick. No luck. The recording (in Spanish) says "no one is available to take your call right now. We are sorry. Good-bye." Horrible service.

My friend applied in March and still have not received any payment as of yet. There no one answering the phones and you cannot set up appointment to get your claims through. How are people going to survive. If anyone no of a number to schedule appointment please send me a list. He have reached out to everyone and still have not received any responses.

It's a darn shame when you have to push the Spanish button to get help. I agree, Someone/All are not doing there job. Can someone please help!!!

a week about a month and still can't get through. They support to be able to answer the phones because they cut so many people off and still no progress.

The only way to settle anything ia if you go down there before 8:15AM or schedule an apointment which can take months to get in. When you get in and talk to someone on a video chat with an unemployment representative they will tell you wothing 48 hours someone will call you back and you better answer or you will have to Go back to unemployment again and do the same thing over. Dont waste your time calling it will NOT work at all.

i found the best time to call is around 10:30 on, never have gotten in before that. They get busy and you get the we can not help you at this time.

I applied January 19th 2021 and no letter no nothing. I call and after pressing all the required numbers it hangs up on me. I emailed, they replied with a claim number and that I need to wait upto 10 days. Well here it is April in a couple of days and nothing. I lost my home. I need a person to communicate with for my well being and my child's well being.
