Same here. Through on-line chat. I was told they couldn't get a hold of my employers and that I should receive a letter in the mail for a phone interview or receive payments within a week. It's been a week and nothing. I try the on-line chat and no luck. I call and no luck. I am definitely considering going there in person.
YES! GO! Do a Walk in but show up before 8:15AM they only do the first 30 people A DAY or schedule an apointment takes months. Walk ins are faster. Than when you get in and talk to someone they will tell you someone will call you within 48 hours and you better answer or you will have to go back to unemployment again and do that whole process over and ask for another 48 hours to get ahold of someone that can help you. DO NOT waste your time calling.
