Can we sue Maryland for causing me to lose my house and hardship for them not giving me my rightful benefits they owe me almost $10,000 my beacon account is locked when I called they told me to give it about a week. It’s been 3 months still nothing.

Seriously! I still haven't received a PENNY from my time being unemployed the whole summer and now it's September! I haven't been able to reach ANYONE either on the phone or email - it's a JOKE!

If the Department of Labor can respond to Google reviews why cant they respond to our emails?

Man I have 17 claims filed which says on hold for unresolved issues. I don't understand why that is , especially when I got paid in June. I only got 2 payments and that's it! I've got a newborn and my other kids to care for. I'm scared to go back to work but I honestly don't have no choice at this point!

I have fulfilled every obligation on my part and Maryland Department of Labor still cannot seem to get their act together. This has been going on since August of 2021 and it is April 2022. And I Do Not appreciate your agent Vicki hanging up on me either.

The bottom line Maryland Department of Labor & Unemployment does 👎not care about anybody. I know for sure what you do to others will be return back 💯 to you or somebody you know. Be carefully how you treat people. It could be you! This is agency is totally unprofessional for the state of Maryland.

Do a Walk in but show up before 8:15AM they only do the first 30 people A DAY or schedule an apointment takes months. Walk ins are faster. Than when you get in and talk to someone they will tell you someone will call you within 48 hours and you better answer or you will have to go back to unemployment again and do that whole process over and ask for another 48 hours to get ahold of someone that can help you. DO NOT waste your time calling.

Worked all my life and since pandemic its been one lay off after another. I filed for unemployment and got paid right away, then out of no where my account is on hold (unresolved issues). I have sent every document they could possibly need to resolve any issues, still no payments. In the meantime -I go out on interviews, no call backs. My bills are not getting paid, facing my car being repo'd and seriously contemplating bankrupcy.

Can (I) we sue?
