What does On Hold - Unresolved issues mean? No one is answering the phones.

I'm experiencing the same problem,

I currently have this on my account--it means that there is something up with the application that requires you to do a phone interview in order to answer questions they have about why you're on unemployment. Problem is THEY schedule the interview times to call YOU.

Are there any attorneys willing to take on The State Of Maryland Unemployment Department? I'm pretty sure we can work out some form of payment for services. At this point this is criminal!

I'm wondering why mine says the same thing??? I got a call last Tuesday from a number I didn't recognize so I didn't answer, they said they would call me back Thursday 02/04 from 2pm-4pm .. waited by my phone all day and not a single call from them! I even saved the old number now. I've been on hold for 3 weeks now and I need my money! This is ridiculous. There are so many people here out of jobs/work and we deserve the unemployment money that WE paid into!! If you say you're going to call at a time, call at that time! If y'all need more workers there's tons of unemployed people ready to work from home so you can answer your phones!!!!

I'm having the same problem and no one is answering the phone. Did they ran out of money?

mines say the exact same thing and they day it has to go to a judicator .I have been waiting since january 17,21,

I have the same thing had it for a months but no upcoming interviews

They have a text messaging service in my beacon where I have a documented text stating that the received my text from me .check your message when you logged in. At least you have something that reponse

I haven't received a payment since June when I talk to someone they say you are waiting on a judicator

The UE system is broken and they dont care to fix it ..their answer is "get a job" and that way u dont have to rely on them for YOUR MONEY! Complete embarrassment

I’m 21 weeks filed still nothing on a unresolved issue they messed up on still haven’t heard from a judicator nothing it’s ridiculous I’m owed almost 15000 dollars

Been on hold for 19 weeks had enter view on phone still waiting this is crazy

35 weeks on hold. They finally tell me I need to send in w2 last paystub photo id and ssn. Now I'm locked out of my account and no one picks up the phone. This is crazy

The same thing is happening to me and I’m trying to figure out why no one has called me to release the stupid hold.

mine has been on hold since december. all they tell me is that i have to wait for a phone call.. they didnt give me a date or time for them to call. then when i called last week they told me that they got everything they needed and im just waiting for someone to go into my claim and fix stuff from pending to resolved and release the hold. they still havent done it and it is going on 21 weeks off me waiting for my money

Same thing happened to me. Someone left a message and said they would call me back on Monday, February 8 between the hours of 12:30 pm and 1:00 PM and they never called back. They are so unprofessional and inept and it’s obvious that they are not worried about being monitored, hence the cavalier attitude. There’s no accountability.

In my case it is the weekly certification from oct. 6 months later I'm still emailing and calling to get knowher. I answered one of the questions wrong on accident and they are suppose to fix it nd that has 4 months. Still no answer.

Same with the interview thing but everytime I log onto my beacon account it says I have no upcoming interviews
