If the Department of Labor can respond to Google reviews why cant they respond to our emails?

my fraudulent case was completed three weeks ago and I just found out yesterday that the documents that I uploaded were too blurry for them to read but yet I can't get anyone to delete the old ones so I can upload newer ones but no one knows how to do itevery single person I've talked to on the phone cannot get into my account to delete the old documents does anyone know if the unemployment office in Baltimore city will be open this week I've already lost my home and I'm getting ready to lose my car

Same here We were asked for additional information almost 9 1/2 weeks ago we uploaded them multiple times including photos of my son holding his identification and Social Security card and still nothing he missed self certification for the lost wages program he’s missed multiple weeks of filing and we have nothing left and he’s the only one who’s really been keeping our household going it amazes me unemployment will get on here and reach Spohn two messages where were complaining but not answer the phone or respond to emails asking and begging for help

Do a Walk in but show up before 8:15AM they only do the first 30 people A DAY or schedule an apointment takes months. Walk ins are faster. Than when you get in and talk to someone they will tell you someone will call you within 48 hours and you better answer or you will have to go back to unemployment again and do that whole process over and ask for another 48 hours to get ahold of someone that can help you. DO NOT waste your time calling. You should bring your paperwork with you.

Someone took $283 from my bank account now my account is frozen and I’m not getting my unemployment sent in all my documentation and still nothing lost my apartment and getting ready to lose my insurance for my car. Over 2 months since this happened

I have the same issue. I call and file the webcerts that go through but my card is still locked. I uploaded my Identification but no answer from them.
