How can I get someone from the office to call me about my claim being locked for no reasons. Please answer that? I can not file my weekly claim at all.

All the people with legit claims are going through HELL to survive but the people who committed the fraud are living their best life. I bet the employees families are going through this they fixed theirs without question

I'm having same problem. I file over the phone and get a confirmation number but my debit card is locked. I uploaded my identification but no response

The last time I spoke to someone they said that some people were receiving benefits and they live in another state. So if that's the case why does everyone else have to suffer because they made a freaking mistake. I have been receiving unemployment sense January and they wait till July to freeze my account. I have had the same problem with my Beacon account for the last month my Beacon account has been frozen so I have to call and do my telecert over the phone. I can't get a hold of anyone. They just keep disconnecting and I even start calling at 7 a.m. when they open. And it says the same thing.

My account was cut off couldn't upload my ID kept saying to large and then everything disappeared

I have been waiting 20 weeks going on 21 weeks for my payments to get off of hold. it says that they r on hold due to unresolved reasons, been waiting for an adjudificator to contact me about my claim but nothing has happened. i contacted them and got through the the lady told me that i dont have to wait for a call anymore just that someone has to go into my case change the stuff from pending to resolved and release my payment... going on 21 weeks it totally ridiculous, been waiting since december so i know how everyone feels but you cant relate to how long i have been waiting.

I’ve e-mailed over a 181 times w/no response. It’s not quicker. I also can not get anyone on the phone. Can not complete my claim bc of Beacon system error. It’s been almost one month now. This is so frustrating.

Keyona did you have any luck?? same thing is happening to me for 5 weeks with out being able to claim. I want to drive over there and see if the will let me speak to anyone.

@keyona that happened to me as well and I called the number where you can do your claims on the phone and I got my payment as usual. But I did have to create a password code. Sadly I would not have known this bcuz the system doesn't let you know anything. Ppl can't get answers but watch they try to get ppl with fraud later. Its not right!

Iam going threw the same thing since February 2 and still is locked out of all my accounts... it's no one doing their jobs or thinking about we as people or our family. I just hope and pray that people are good an their bills are going paid

My identity was stolen as well, I have uploaded all the docs they asked for and I still can not apply even though the person hasn’t received benefits. I call every day and still no update to the beacon system no help from the fraud department they just send people around n a circle. N trust me my house hold bills and personal expenses are sick of waiting.

How do I get a hold of them when you can never get thru?! I am locked out of my acct and it won't let me file my claim even on the phone it just tells me to call... Am I able to go down to the office? I need help!
