Contact DC Courts ask for information about your spouse court and tell them the date they will tell you and give you directions .
You should have a case number if you do, you can call the court at 202 879 1010 and ask for the family division and they should be able to tell you. If you do not have a case number you can go to the family intake center and ask them to search for your name. However I believe you should call legal aid society they will provide you free legal advice on how to handle the situation.
