Prompt, polite, knowledgeable staff. A great credit union for DC residents.

Rhonda B. Blair was so nice and helpful when I was opening accounts there. She was the team lead at this bank and her leadership was outstanding. Even, she put her lunch break on hold when I came back with some questions. She will listen and do what you want to do. My overall experience is always great there, because of her. THUMBS UP!

Best Credit Union ever. The old kind of banking, where you can actually build a relationship. This location is great in and out staff is professional.
