We experienced long wait times too, but in our case, it was due to unprepared guests. The staff tried to be patient and helpful.
Arrived at 3pm (Priceline listed check in time), with reservation but had to wait until after 5pm to get in our room. Ended up having to give us a different room than reserved because we would have had to wait even longer.
We only had a 10 minute wait
