Great location near a lot of restaurants. Check out is at 12pm which is really nice because you can sleep in if you wish. Breakfast was hot and good. They had a pool but we didn’t go in it as it looked really cloudy. It can get a little loud at night but if you bring ear plugs and turn the fan on. Bed was comfy and room was clean. Overall great stay and we would come again.

Very good breakfast, clean rooms. Parking garage. Receptionist tried to help with request for coffee etc but she had her hands full with front desk. Will stay there agaian

The staff has been so very welcoming and accommodating. Breakfast is great and their lobby is extremely comfortable. The rooms are spacious. Plenty of amenities. Great work space and sleep space. The beds are comfortable. I like a tad heavier blanket on the beds. Overall it's walking distance to my work location here and everything about the hotel is great!

Let me first say that I don't write a lot of reviews, but I can't miss the opportunity to give credit where it is due. Anytime I am in Tulsa, this is my go-to hotel. I have never had a bad experience, and the staff go above and beyond to make sure that everything is perfect. On my most recent visit, there was an event at the BOK center that had the hotel booked up, even though it was a weekday. The reason I make that point is that even though it was super busy, when I checked in and entered my room, the AC unit was making an odd noise that I knew could be problematic for good sleep. I called the front desk and spoke to Alejandra, told her of the issue, and without missing a beat, she said I'll be right up with a new set of keys for a different room, even though there weren't many rooms available. I am continually blown away at the high level of service and attentiveness that Kate Buster and her staff strive for, and even though there are a multitude of options for lodging in the Tulsa area, this hotel is my absolute favorite!! I am a firm believer that management sets the tone and culture for the rest of the staff, and it is obvious that the staff at this hotel have excellent leadership. If you are ever in the area, do yourself a favor and stay here. There is plenty to do, lots of great dining options, and you'll see what I mean when I say this staff is top-notch!
