I first made a reservation through a 3rd party and when they sent me my confirmation it stated that a 150.00 cash deposit would be expected upon check in and I was paying via credit card so this to me made no sense ( I travel frequently and have never been asked for a cash deposit especially one of this amount). I called immediately to the 3rd party and cancelled then called directly to the hotel. Gentleman who answered the phone was very nice and extremely helpful. I explained I was coming in from out of state within a few hours to see family and would be traveling with a small breed dog. He was very accommodating with all requests . Once we arrived I was somewhat confused as the hotel does not look anything like the one on the site so I was not sure I was in the correct location. He assured me I was and that they was under renovation (which is why I did not give a 5 star rating) as the pool was also closed but had not been disclosed on site nor on the phone and due to having my grandson with me this was important for our stay. He was willing to let me pay for the one night only and then make a decision as to if we would be staying here the next or trying to find a place that would be able to accommodate dog and have a pool. The rooms were very clean, roomy and had everything needed to make it comfortable. Breakfast was continental and compared to other hotels of the same it too measured up. I will say the area is not the best and I did see homeless individuals outside but nothing that is not witnessed in other states I have visited. We did decide to finish out our weekend in this hotel and we were very happy with the overall stay. When visiting daughter and grandson the next trip this will be a choice given pool is up and working, so thank you Quality Inn for making what started off bad a much greater end.

Not a great hotel, dirty room. Mold stains on the ceiling, bad paint job. Could see where frames had been, looked like smoke stains had been painted over. Broken bath tub spout. And very disappointing breakfast, It was described as hot and nothing was hot except the waffles. Almost everything was empty or ran out and we got there bright and early. Wouldn't recommend this place

The owners are extremely kind and do all they can to take care of you. The housekeeping staff goes out of their way to offer kindness and meet your needs. Thankful for all of them.

We were very happy with our stay. Hotel was clean, quiet, excellent service and comfy beds. We came to show cattle at the fair so were comng in and out with dirty shoes and clothes from fitting cattle. Always had plenty of clean towels and room was clean each evening when we got back. we called last minute to get a reservation and even tho we were told by others they were full, the hotel staff managed to find us a suite. Good price for the value. Excellent breakfast each morning. We will come back again. Good to know they take up to 2 pets also. We travel through Tulsa often and we will be staying here again.
