The water knob in the shower/bath fell off in my hand when I tried to turn it on to shower. It was room 604. So, no shower. Was supposed to check in at 3pm but the woman at the desk said there was a large wedding party and she didn't have any blank keys yet. The bed was good. And the room was cool.

The only reason this hotel gets a star is because it’s not the absolute worst place I’ve ever stayed. Otherwise, it’s horrible. The trash cans had not been emptied and had beer bottles in them. The room felt “wet/moist” and everything is sticky. The ice bucket had melted ice in it and was not refreshed. There were no towels and no shampoo/hand soap were replaced. The previous guests used soap bar was in the shower. Just total inattention to detail. Would not recommend and will not stay here again.

Seriously disgusting and creepy. Our first room has a peep hole that was unscrewed, a broken door knob, broken wall switch plates, chipped paint, and more. Our second room had a stuck door, you had to use a “trick” to open it. Someone else that had checked in around the time we did said their room had still been lived in (uncleaned). The front desk was so friendly but the property itself was just terrible, Marriott should be ashamed to charge what they do for it. Also, renovations were supposed to have been done, but apparently Covid (2 years ago) stopped it completely. [Response] These we’re 100% from this location with photos and videos take to substantiate. These were also discussed with the front desk and maintenance person on-site at the time of discovery. The responses here in the reviews are just ridiculous, no ownership at all from management.

Caution!! Bed bugs!! We chose this hotel as a quick place to stay overnight while on a road trip. While the hotel was in somewhat ok condition, it definitely wasn’t fantastic by any means. When I woke up the next morning, I had what looked like a bumpy rash up both sides of my torso. When I got to my destination, the spots had swelled and I realized it was bug bites. After a visit to urgent care, it was confirmed bed bug bites. Thank god I didn’t even bring in bags to our hotel room for our quick stop or there would be so many more issues now. The hotel is now “confirming with a professional” so who knows how it will turn out, but I needed to share my experience so others can be on the lookout. Also, their pre-packaged breakfast consisted of fermented mandarin oranges and warm yogurt, so make sure you have other plans for breakfast.
