Service sucks! Phone was left off the hook. No phone in our room had to track down a person to get toilet paper and towels. Complained about the air it was at 80 degrees our whole stay. They replied saying it was fixed even though no one ever came up. I do not recommend being a titanium Elite member they were no help. -10 if I could rate it

This is a wonderful place to go with your family and your friends. They are so hospitable and caring. My family and I were desperate for a place to stay last minute and they squeezed us in and did everything they could to ensure that our stay was as pleasant as it couple possibly be. My family and I were in town to attend my brothers funeral. We were with him at the hospital until his last moments and it was a devastating time for us. Aloft in Downtown Tulsa went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. They told us that having somewhere to stay was the last thing we needed to be worried about and they simply took over and made sure we were well taken care of. Chelle and Cheney were two amazing women that went above and beyond for my family and I. And we are so grateful. This company is extremely lucky to have these two ladies representing them. On behalf of the Davis -and (Spice) family, we are truly thankful.

I am always picking this place customer service day and staff after midnight is the best.clean elevator music not loud and not cold. Hallways smell fresh housekeeping awesome sheets blanket white smell fresh bleach scent I felt fresh lol. Room perfect. Everything u need. I which a steamer was in room. Snacks to pricey. Water soda is fine. Bring your own snacks. Price cheap when online.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff. They upgraded us to a suite without us asking! The price for the normal room was reasonable, but it became amazing for a cormer suite with two window walls. The pool table is a nice e on, but needs to be re-clothed desperately. It is unplayable as is.

There is a microwave in the refuel area in the front lobby. There are no microwaves in any of the rooms
There is a club in the lobby of the hotel. And then we went out to McNellie's Irish Pub while we were there. It was about 5 mins away. The convention area is kind of drab (most, if not all the surround landscape is concrete) tbh, so if you're looking for a views... this isn't the place. But the hotel itself is nice and centrally located.
Not at this place. I would try the Double Tree downtown they have great breakfast.
The parking at the hotel is $10 per night. The Aloft is located one block from the BOK. Closest hotel to the BOK.
