An awkward hair experience to say the least. Sat there for an hour in complete silence with the hair stylist (not sure what her name is). While she was washing my hair and styling it. Didn’t say a word to me the entire time except for how I wanted my hair. Today is my 21st birthday and what I asked for was beach waves. I got quinceniera curls instead… Super unprofessional and just a very weird experience.. not sure how this place has 4 starts. I do not recommend coming here.

The service wasn't the best. I went in with 2 friends and we all felt like the stylists were not that professional. There was one stylist working, doing another woman's hair, who did an amazing job. But 3 out of the 4 stylists there weren't able to give us the look we were going for. With most blowout salons, the stylists have done so many styles that a clean and professional look comes easily. This was not the case here. We were glad we got to see the difference between the stylists but ultimately, we wished that we would have had a better experience.

See Kathy shes the fairy godmother of blowouts!! Everytime I need a pick me up and wanna fell refreshed and brand new I go see her. She really knows how to tame my curly hair and gives me so much volume. Big Hair dont care🤍

Everyone here is friendly, and the blowouts are reasonably priced. They frequently gave Groupons available so you can get a bigger discount, I got my hair done for a wedding for $40. I think the guy who did my hair was Cameron (not sure about his name, idr), and he was fantastic - actually got curls to stay in my hair, was careful and gentle around my fresh ear piercings, and was not uncomfortably chatty when I was tired and wanted to relax (usually a problem at hair salons). I would definitely return here. It's in the Bella Terra shopping center, if you head to the west side to go around Cost Plus and the other large stores, it's on your left, with parking immediately in front.
