Whoever wants to get a tooth pulled? For sure not me. However, I had the worst tooth ache ever, looking for a new dentist is always a gamble go me. I used yelp google and delta dental for research. With all the public reviews, I finally decided to give TLC Family Dental a go. I called at 10:am for an ER appointment. I got there at 4 pm with greetings from the staff, the Dr and the usual paperwork. In a couple of hours later my tooth was pulled and the infection was gone. The next morning I was a little soar but with the amount of work I was expecting the worst.

Let me start by admitting I become a drama queen when going to the dentist. Full on hold my hand while I whine drama queen. The staff at this office was patient, understanding and let me be me they managed to work around all of ME. They were even nice when I called looking for advice in how to deal with a vitamin stick in my throat. Again graceful, patient and helpful. I can’t recommend this office and team enough. Thanks for everything.

I can honestly say I never thought I would want to give a dentist a great review. I have been extremely afraid of going to the dentist my whole life. Not seeing a dentist for a decade led to one of my teeth cracking. I went to another dentist to have it looked at, and I just could not get myself to stay for the procedure. I found TLC Family Dentistry online, and they were quickly able to schedule me for an extraction with Dr. Basti. Even though I was scared, I actually did laugh a few times! Now, after months of getting cavities filled, a deep cleaning, and other ‘fun’ stuff, I really can not verbalize how amazing Dr. Basti and the whole practice really is. The office is extremely clean and modern. And every single staff member is so friendly, gentle, and genuinely caring! I feel so much better knowing I have a plan set up to take care of my oral health, and that I found a dentist that is as wonderful as Dr. Basti!

Wonderful experience! ALL the staff are "Professional and personable". The office is beautifully decorated and clean. While I was getting my teeth cleaned, I was watching a very nice nature video with calming music. The dentist and dental hygenist was very professional and kind. Great experience.
