After 1 year I returned there, I was a loyal customer of the site when I arrived I was shocked by the change, wow everything changed, Sunday 6:30 pm ALMOST EMPTY A COUPLE ARRIVED IN FRONT OF US AND THEN ANOTHER AND ANOTHER... MANY EMPTY TABLES AND KEVIN THE BADLY CALLED MANAGER TRAINING A GIRL, ALL WAITING TO BE LOCATED AND ENJOY THE SUNSET AND OF COURSE THE GOOD SERVICE THERE AND THEIR FOOD . After 15 minutes, everyone watching as Kevin ignored our already despair... I tell him... we are all waiting... and almost everything is empty... so as not to damage my trip I went in to wait and while I did not stop enjoying the usual landscape. As a PUNISHMENT for the wake-up call They put us at a table far from the stage... far from sight, practically behind a tree... and I asked if I could sit at another table, the girl said no... all reserved. Go talk to the manager and see, I'm going...and Kevin's attitude...was so lacking in everything...in the end, with enormous arrogance, he tells me that I can stay there...15 minutes passed, I saw how they sat down another couple, all with water, drinks, cutlery and us ignored. I looked at the place sadly, almost empty, very nice but with terrible attention. I missed so much that simple place where I went every Sunday to my lobster bisque and my sesame tuna salad. It is not luxury. It's the people who work there who make the site. I asked his name and he said Kevin. He is a mulatto, skinny, arrogant and inept for that position. AFTER A WAIT, SEEING HOW THE PUNISHMENT CONTINUED BEING IGNORED. AND THEY SERVED EVERYONE, LOGICALLY WE LEFT... I didn't come back and I spread the word to my friends with whom I used to go... so that they also avoid displeasure. As I told "Kevin" 1 single bad reference so that every Sunday is like today. .. There are not a lot of beaches in the keys. A great place to go for a small Beach is marker 88 which also has a restaurant. another great place is if you go to the pool restaurant at The islander you have access to the pool and the beach there which is absolutely beautiful
We got three steaks and a couple of beers and it set us back 163 dollars. I was with two mayo men and they reckon mayo for Sam and a total ban on sandwiches.
Hogfish is currently being caught and served. We had it twice in the Keys, delish!
