Quiet and comfy! We only stayed one night but I was impressed with the level of security to get into the building and to our room. Check in and out was fast and painless. They do not allow dog's here but I definitely recommend this hotel!

The room is small but is clean. Lobby, hallways & elevator are all clean. Staff very nice, polite. Room has small refrigerator, microwave, iron & ironing board, small coffee/tea making (a Keurig would be better). Bathroom is clean. Hotel is very quiet, cannot hear any outside noise, i.e., traffic, other guests. Decent breakfast.

Stayed here for 3 nights recently. There was a heat advisory in Tulsa so needless to say we escaped to our room for some relief. Our first night the in the room didn't seem very cool and through the night it became warmer in the room. So in the morning I contacted the front desk because we realized the fan was simply circulating warm air. The front desk was very helpful and had a repair man up within 10 minutes and replaced the entire air unit in less than 20 minutes. They then called up about a half hour later to check and make sure the room had cooled down and then comped us the room for the night. I have never had such great service or kind gesture of money back for the night we were without air. Would highly recommend here. Not only for the customer service but also location. We were within walking distance of so many restaurants, bars and areas of interest.
