The first room we checked in to smelled like someone was smoking in it and all of these rooms are supposedly non-smoking. I contacted the front desk and they moved us to another room. The rooms were clean, the only issue we had was the adjoining door that was connected to the room next to us and the person in that room kept trying to get in two ours. We did not contact security however if it had continued, we would've. We wanted to go down to the pool however it was quite busy between 6 and 8 so we decided to go around 9:30 which was even worse and it was very busy so we only stayed for 20 minutes. Breakfast in the morning was very good we did have to pay for that however they had a great selection. I would recommend this hotel to others but be prepared to pay for parking and breakfast.

I stayed here over night for a conference. As I checked in, the room I reserved was not available. The staff was so friendly to me. They provided me several options and apologized. This is an older hotel, and the room I stayed in was clean, nice, and quiet. The next morning I ate in the restaurant and the food was prepared well and again the staff was very kind, even though they were slammed with a large group and not enough servers. The front desk staff the next morning were extremely pleasant and made checkout a good experience. I would definitely stay here again when I am in town.

Staff was really, really friendly and helpful, but the hotel itself needs an update. Lobby and restaurant are nice, but the rooms feel...old. They're aren't dirty or falling apart or anything like that, but just don't feel as nice as other hotels in this price point. Not asking for "luxury" at $150/night, but just nicer.

I have stayed here numerous times. I've always had a SUPURB experience, however this time was a severe change from normal. The front desk lady was EXTREMELY rude. We contracted with Double Tree for 11,000 dollars for our room block and when several issues were raised they were meant with contempt from the evening clerk. Daytime was a bit better but BEWARE we rented a suite that we weren't allowed a key to. We had to call maintenance to let us in to the room each time and several times were denied access. There were several people that needed access yet it was only allowed by the contract person. Even though this person EXPLICITLY asked for several people to have access to. Even she wasn't allowed access to the room at certain times and had to call maintenance. This made me look extremely bad because I recommended it to my company even though i wasn't on the contract. There were SEVERAL other issues during the stay and I do not recommend for conferences or group stays. Trash and linens lined the hallways for many hours. Police were involved while we were there. Even the cookies that are the key to the experience were told you should have gotten those at check in. Highly disappointed this year. Two stars because of the awesome engineer helping us in the room multiple times and the parking of our bus.

We experienced long wait times too, but in our case, it was due to unprepared guests. The staff tried to be patient and helpful.
They charge $10/day. But there is a parking right outside of the lot for FREE
Hi! You park in the garage and they bill it to your room.
The hotel has its own 24/7 gym (cardio, universal machine, free weights, etc) and there is a YMCA not too far. The hotel is also a quarter mile from the river which has a running\biking path along it.
I don't know for sure but i believe they have a way of dealing with incidentials
Yes, but get the coupon from hostess on the way in. Starbucks is close but in the library entrance.
Yes they do. They can be a bit too close, but other than that, great bathrooms.
Guest receive validated parking. Handicap parking is easy and well lit...
About an $8 uber ride away or the hotel has a shuttle that will take you...if you have someone unable to walk that distance.
