Everyone loves seeing grandkids when they are walking or playing outside. It is a very friendly safe environment. I was worried too before moving here in 2018. They are a joy to see. I have grandkids visit and feel very comfortable here.
Absolutely. They can also use the pools from 11:00am till 2:00pm as long as the owners are with them.
