What was suppose to be a very exciting moment for my family, turned into a total crapshoot. We recently bought our first home and where excited to redo our kitchen into the one of our dreams. Everything seemed okay throughout the planning and then came installation. From the beginning we had issue. First everything took longer than anticipated which I could look past understanding high demands, but then when it came to the installation team contracted out by cabinets to go we were handed the most unprofessional situation I have ever dealt with. From the start we were told two people would be working on our cabinets and then they sent one. He came into our house and dropped multiple pieces. He was taken off the project and then we only had one person working on our kitchen. Multiple pieces for our kitchen arrived damaged, and pieces were damaged along the way. Replacement pieces were sent to the local store which was about 40 minutes from our home and we were asked to come pick them up. Then when the contractor arrived we noticed that the new piece also came damaged. Almost a month later they were able to come back with new pieces to install that were not damaged, but the contractor ended up having to fix some pieces while he was here. He decided to spray paint those pieces inside my home with my young baby in the house. He also spray painted my brand new oven. I am still furious. When I called cabinets to go we were treated as if that was not an issue, and there was still damage to be fixed. I decided at that point I really didn't want more people coming into my home and they offered me a cookware set to "fix" the issues? At that point that added more insult to injury. I finally requested new contractors come to fix the remaining issues. When they came to check out the issues they also informed us of multiple things not being installed correctly. Another month and a half passes and we finally have things fixed. A project that should have taken a totally of 3 months took over 7 months to complete. This company is a joke. Do not waste your hard earned money on them, and regret doing so like us. The quality of the product is poor and they have no integrity when it comes to the work produced.

We initially contacted Jim over the phone, and within 10 minutes emailed us a rendering of the kitchen we were looking for. He works fast and efficient, however he was very patient with our demands. Defn would recommend asking for Jim.

Jon is knowledgeable and helpful. Jim also walked us through the process so that we knew what to expect. Overall, great experience and affordable. They even pointed out items we didn’t think of to ask. Great service and highly recommended.

Flat packed and you have to assemble.
