There is no appointment to make .. but if you have to be very early .. be there at 8 or before .. because many people arrive ... or after 12 or 1 in the afternoon
It is the most recommended. The phone number is on the Facebook page of the consulate. BEWARE that number is from a call center in El Salvador that are the ones who make the appointments. For this reason, they operate during working hours from El Salvador, not Long Island.
