I find NY parking lots very expensive, one option is to go to Newark, there is a parking lot in front of Penn Station, you pay 21 dollars, give the correct time to go by train and back. The Consulate is very close to Penn Station NY, you can walk.
There is parking operated by the company Parking SP + next to the Consulate.
