Can I get a international drivers license from Jamaica transferred to use in NJ?

Some one was asking how can the file for their daughter. I think they will have to go into the office early as nine , they close at twelve and ask them the information about filling and she will be able to get all the information they need, that is the only information i can give at this time.

As far as I know the US does not accept international driver's license for transfer. Unfortunately, you will have to do the test for New Jersey.
