The best service ever. I’m traveling to st Lucia and I found out last minute I needed a visa to travel. I called the office and every time I called they were extremely nice and helpful. Ms Victoria helped me with all the necessary documents and submitted my application. I am now waiting for approval. Fingers crossed for great result.

It's just unfortunate reading all these negative comments. I've been to this office three (3) times, once to drop off our passports and twice to pick up. The staff was always friendly and courteous. Keep up the good work!

I went there and had a great experience. The front desk lady was super helpful. Answered all my questions, helped me fill out the form, even took passport pictures on the spot because the one I brought didn’t meet the guidelines. Thank you!! Also the location has changed but it hasn’t been updated on google maps so call for an appointment and ask for the updated address.
