I called like 4 weeks everyday and no one answered. I then took this medium advice and called ext 127 and got one miss bailey.who was very pleasant and advice ME on the status of my husband and my SELF passport.i received my passport yesterday still awaiting my husband. After waiting for 5 months. I called pica in jamaica.i called Washington dc I even went on social media calling out the workers of New York consulate.

It has been 7 long months since I applied for a passport (renewal) and I am still waiting. How can it be reasonable for anyone to have to wait that long to get a passport regarding any circumstance. Jamaica needs to step up and help their citizens who are in dire need.
