How do I get information on the status of my submitted passport renewal application. I tried calling, no one answers the phone or returns my call. I haven't received any form of confirmation saying they have gotten my documents!! What's going on?

Take your reciept and go in to them st the office you will get someone discuss the matter and give you all the information you need.

You will never get any confirmation dear, you'll have to revisit them. Take along your receipt and speak to someone at the front desk, they will assist you. ( Go early) Good luck.
